Accessibility statement

Updated : 15 October 2026

At a glance

  • Target: WCAG 2.2 level AA and the European Accessibility Act where it applies.
  • Status: in-house review by our team — no external certificate.
  • Decorative motion respects your system’s “reduce motion” setting.
  • Found a barrier? Email [email protected] — we respond promptly.

1. Our commitment

This statement covers the website nobodyluno.click operated by Nobodyluno GmbH, a recording studio in Wien. We want information about services, FAQ, contact and legal pages to work for as many people as possible, including users with disabilities or temporary limitations.

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 level AA as our benchmark and follow the European Accessibility Act (EU) 2019/882 where it applies to our digital services. Austrian transposition is ongoing; we adapt without claiming full conformity ahead of verified testing.

2. Conformance status

We have not yet run a full external audit by an accredited body, so we do not publish a percentage score. The website is declared partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA because of the limitations below and the lack of third-party verification.

Our internal review indicates that the site should allow you to:

  • enlarge text to about 200% and view main content at 320px width without horizontal scrolling;
  • operate navigation, FAQ, the form and cookie banner by keyboard with visible focus;
  • disable decorative animation when “reduce motion” is enabled;
  • use heading structure, landmarks, image alternative text and labelled form fields.

3. Known limitations

  • Form service. The contact form uses FormSubmit. If submission fails, the provider’s error page may appear and we do not control its accessibility. You can always reach us on 01 890 4523 or [email protected].
  • Map and directions. The OpenStreetMap link opens a third-party site. Text directions are on contact with Take U6 to Josefstädter Straße, then walk about 6 minutes along Lerchenfelder Straße toward the inner city to number 14. Alternatively tram line 5 to Lerchenfelder Straße/Neubaugasse, then a short walk..
  • Physical studio. Our entrance at Lerchenfelder Straße 14 is in a period building with steps; we discuss access before your session. Opening hours: Monday to Friday 10:00–20:00, Saturday 10:00–16:00, closed Sunday.
  • Screen reader pairs. We do not test every browser and assistive technology combination; your feedback helps us fix real issues.

Reported problems go into our maintenance backlog. Privacy-related accessibility concerns may also be sent through channels described in the privacy policy.

4. Feedback and contact

If you cannot access content or a feature, email [email protected] or call 01 890 4523. Useful details:

  • the page or service (for example podcast production);
  • what went wrong in your own words;
  • device, browser and assistive software if any.

We usually reply within 2 business days and can provide information in another format when reasonable.

5. Enforcement

Contact us first — many barriers can be fixed quickly. If a complaint remains unresolved, you may contact relevant Austrian equality and disability ombudsman services, such as the ÖGB disability ombudsman or the Equal Treatment Ombudsman, www.gleichbehandlungsanwaltschaft.gv.at, depending on your case.

Consumer dispute routes are noted in our terms and conditions and legal notice.

6. Preparation of this statement

Statement prepared on 15 October 2026. Last content review of the website: 15 October 2026.

Automated markup checks: language, headings, alt text, form labels, duplicate IDs.
