- 2 included mix revision rounds; sessions kept 24 months.
- You keep copyright in your songs; studio terms explain delivery and usage.
1. Scope and parties
These terms apply to services provided by Nobodyluno GmbH, Lerchenfelder Straße 14, 1080 Wien (“studio”) to consumers and businesses. A consumer is a natural person acting outside their trade or profession.
Your own terms apply only if we confirm them in writing. Version dated 15 October 2026. See legal notice for register data and Lukas Gruber as managing director.
2. Services and pricing
We provide vocal recording, mixing, mastering, podcast production and music production as listed under services. Sample gross prices (20% VAT): €85 per vocal hour, €180 per mix, €65 per master, €190 podcast package, €450 demo package. Business net example: €70.83.
Your quote is binding. Extra time, rush delivery or rework caused by incomplete stems is charged as agreed.
3. Quotes and contract formation
Contact us via contact, email or phone; we usually reply within 2 business days with scope, date, price and payment steps.
The contract forms when you accept the quote in writing and the deposit clears. Until then dates stay open. For distance contracts we provide mandatory pre-contract information under Austrian law; see privacy policy.
4. Deposit and payment
Bookings need a 30% deposit on the agreed total. It is credited to the final invoice. Consumers pay the balance before the session or before delivery of final files for remote work unless we agree otherwise.
Business clients pay within 14 days of invoice. Late payment accrues statutory interest and may pause further work. We may withhold final exports until paid in full while keeping project files per the archive rule below.
5. Reschedule and cancellation by you
| Notice | Effect |
|---|---|
| More than 7 calendar days | Move or cancel free of charge; deposit refunded or credited. |
| Between 7 days and 72 hours | One reschedule within 3 months; otherwise deposit covers our preparation costs. |
| Under 72 hours or no-show | Full session fee or agreed minimum due if the slot cannot be re-sold. |
Send changes to [email protected]. Statutory withdrawal for distance contracts remains unaffected.
6. Consumer withdrawal
Consumers who book at distance may withdraw within 14 days of contract formation where the law allows. For services on a fixed date, withdrawal may not apply if you explicitly ask us to start before the period ends and acknowledge you lose withdrawal once performance begins.
Send withdrawal to Nobodyluno GmbH, Lerchenfelder Straße 14, 1080 Wien, or [email protected]. We refund unused amounts; work already done is charged proportionally. Ask us for a model withdrawal form.
7. Cancellation by the studio
If illness, gear failure or force majeure blocks a session, we offer a new date. If you decline, we refund payments for undelivered work. We swap engineers only with your consent.
8. On-site sessions
Hours: Mon–Fri 10–20, Sat 10–16 by appointment. Take U6 to Josefstädter Straße, then walk about 6 minutes along Lerchenfelder Straße toward the inner city to number 14. Alternatively tram line 5 to Lerchenfelder Straße/Neubaugasse, then a short walk.. Up to 6 people fit in the live room; larger groups need prior planning.
Minimum age to attend alone: 16. Younger artists need written guardian consent and an accompanying adult. No smoking or vaping indoors. You are liable for deliberate damage to studio gear.
9. Files, delivery and archive
Default delivery: lossless files (typically 24-bit WAV) via download link or your drive. Mix and master timelines start when we receive complete, sensibly named stems.
We keep project files 24 months after the last activity, then delete without further duty to store. Back up your data. Format tips: mastering formats guide.
10. Revisions
Mixing includes 2 revision rounds; mastering usually one consolidated round unless the quote says otherwise. One round means one bundled note list. A new creative direction after approval is quoted separately.
Planning: mix budget, vocal prep, podcast room basics.
11. Intellectual property
Your compositions and lyrics stay yours. You warrant that samples, covers and guest performances are cleared and that you handle collecting societies.
After full payment we grant the usage agreed in the quote on recordings and mixes. The studio claims no co-authorship. We do not use your audio to train AI or clone voices without written permission.
We mention your project on the website only with written consent.
12. Liability
We work to professional audio standards. Artistic outcome depends on performance and material; chart or stream results are not part of the deal.
For slight negligence on essential duties, liability is limited to foreseeable typical loss, capped at the net fee for the affected service. Unlimited liability applies for intent, gross negligence, personal injury and mandatory product liability. Website use is covered by the disclaimer.
13. Privacy and processors
Processing is described in our privacy policy. The contact form routes through FormSubmit (US) to our inbox with safeguards explained there.
If you bring guests as a business client, you inform them; we can sign a data processing agreement on request.
14. Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay caused by events beyond reasonable control (power loss, pandemic, official closure). Sessions move to a new date; if disruption lasts too long, either party may exit and receive refunds for undelivered work.
15. Final provisions
Austrian law applies, excluding CISG. Courts in Wien have jurisdiction for business clients. Consumers may sue where consumer law allows.
If one clause is invalid, the rest remains. We may update terms for future bookings and notify active projects in time. Questions: contact, legal notice.
