Shows we record well

Guest interviews, fixed co-host shows, internal company updates, club magazines, or narrative series with music beds — anything dialogue-first fits the table. We do not specialise in live audience streaming; the workflow targets episodes meant for later release.

Panels above 6 speakers may split across two sessions or move to the larger live room (42 m²) when acoustics still work. We will say if remote guests are a better fit than forcing extra chairs into the booth.

Table signal chain

Each seat gets a directional mic on a boom, pop filter, and closed headphones. Feeds run through discrete preamps into the control room; everyone hears a low-latency mix without gimmicks that interrupt flow. With 24 mics on site we match dynamic mics for loud voices and condensers for softer speakers.

Preventable noise stays out before record: phones on airplane mode, drinks without ice, bags off the table. Absorption behind the table tames reflections common in home rooms.

Bring before the session

Rough rundown or question list, speaker names for filenames, intro/outro music only with clearance. Sponsorship reads sent early so we can mark edit points.

Minimum age 16. If minors appear on mic, you handle consents and tell us beforehand.

Editing, loudness, chapters

Edits can remove filler, false starts, and long silences — or stay light when authenticity matters. We balance host vs guest levels and tame pops or harsh sibilance without a fake “radio voice”. Chapter markers go in when you supply timecodes or session markers.

Loudness targets follow common podcast platforms, not club mastering. Loud intro beds are ducked under speech. For video editors we can export split tracks or a mono dialog stem — agree in the brief.

Packages and rates

All listed prices include 20% VAT. Business billing follows the terms; B2B payment term 14 days.

Overtime bills in 30-minute steps at the hourly rate after confirmation. Deposit 30%; free cancellation up to 7 days before the slot. Season deals use fixed calendar blocks so guests can be invited early.

Delivery and retention

Default deliverables: MP3 for portals plus uncompressed WAV of the finished episode. Raw multitracks are available for an agreed fee if you edit elsewhere. Secure download or handoff on your drive — see privacy policy for transfer details.

Projects stay 24 months, then delete. Keep local backups. Recurring shows reuse export presets so episode 12 matches episode 1.

Out of scope

No Spotify/Apple hosting, cover art, transcripts, marketing, or legal review of content. Song mixing is mixing, not a podcast package. We decline video capture, live audience setups, or unchecked remote Skype guests when quality would likely fail — better to decide upfront than endless rescue edits.
