Yes. We summarise phone calls by email so rates and scope are documented — that protects both sides.

Studio time is billed at published rates, e.g. €85 for Vocal recording. Orientation calls are free; a recorded test take counts as regular session time.

Weekends and half-day blocks often need several weeks’ notice. Midweek slots can be shorter notice — send concrete dates and times.

Up to 6 guests work well in the live room or control room if it does not disturb the work. Larger groups need a heads-up.

Vocals and spoken word usually need only your voice; we provide headphones and mics. For music production bring instruments or plugins for specific sounds — the quote lists what is on site.

Lyrics learned or clearly marked, arrive rested, avoid heavy perfume in the booth. See vocal prep guide for checklists.

We extend only if you ask and the next booking allows it. Extra time is billed at the hourly rate for that service and confirmed before continuing.

Half- and full-day bookings include meal breaks when marked in the quote; they are not charged as recording time. Short tech breaks are part of the session.

Default is 24-bit WAV at 48 kHz unless agreed otherwise. Mix and master can include reference MP3 on request. Streaming formats are explained in mastering formats guide.

Download link or your drive/USB by arrangement. Large multitrack projects may be handed off on external media — tell us in advance.

24 months on our systems, then deletion. Back up deliveries locally; we cannot restore private copies after the retention period.

Yes when agreed in the quote. Stem export may add time; with in-house mixing stems are often part of the workflow. Discuss exports before the session starts.

2 revision rounds are included when scope stays as quoted. Extra passes or new stems are quoted separately — see Mixing and Mastering.

After full payment, usage rights follow terms. You keep authorship of your works; we do not claim co-authorship on your songs.

Only with your written approval. Without consent we do not use fragments in portfolios or social posts.

No. Session material serves your project and the contract only; no sharing with training datasets.

Hosts remain responsible for guest consent. We retain raw audio only as long as editing and archive require — see privacy policy and DPA for B2B cases.

Engineer or studio credits on request, not mandatory. Commercial use of our brand without agreement is not allowed.

Bank transfer for deposit and balance; card on site by arrangement. Business invoices: 14 days per terms.

Both are listed on Services. Final prices include 20% VAT, e.g. €180 for Mixing per song gross.

Up to 7 days before the session you can move or cancel at no charge. After that, cancellation rules in terms apply; the deposit may be retained or credited.

With credible force majeure we seek a replacement date. Individual cases follow terms; please inform us as early as possible.
