What drives the quote
At Nobodyluno, a full-service mix for one track starts at €180 incl. 20 % VAT. Five songs with a shared sonic goal cost €750 as a package. Guided self-mix at the 32-channel desk runs €95 per hour — great for learning, not a substitute for a dense multitrack handled end-to-end by the engineer.
B2B net invoices with a valid UID are available under our terms; payment term 14 days. Consumers pay the gross prices shown. A 30 % deposit confirms the job; missing briefs delay start more often than the mix itself.
Single song vs EP vs hourly
The per-song rate covers typical pop, hip-hop, or rock stems up to about five minutes and a normal track count. Very long pieces, orchestral layers, or dozens of ad-lib tracks may need a surcharge — we quote that before export, not as a surprise line item.
The EP package pays off when five tracks should share one engineer, reference palette, and loudness target. Hourly self-mix suits you if you already have a session and want focused coaching on EQ, bus compression, or automation. Process details live on mixing and mixdown.
Included scope — and common add-ons
Standard scope: mix from stems or multitrack, reference checks, stereo WAV export, and up to 2 revision rounds as agreed. Not included: re-recording in our booths, album-wide tuning work, or mastering — booked separately from €65 per song.
Stem masters and album mastering have their own rates on mastering. If you need release files immediately after mix, schedule master work and read mastering formats and delivery in the same timeline. We keep mix projects 24 months, then delete per privacy policy.
File quality changes effort
Cleanly named WAVs without clipping on the mix bus save hours. Vocals from vocal recording here already match our rooms and levels — handoff is smooth. External tracks with noise, phase issues, or pre-mastered stems need more restoration time; we flag that in the brief.
- 24-bit WAV preferred, one sample rate per song
- No limiter on the stem sum you deliver
- Note BPM, key, and section map
- Up to three references with a specific moment cited

Using revision rounds well
Each revision round works best as one batched note: “Verse 2: lead 1 dB down, hi-hat less bright” beats twenty separate emails. That keeps us inside the agreed 2 rounds. Arrangement changes after mix approval are a new job — not a revision ticket.
Self-mix clients note what to continue at the next Josefstadt visit. For full-service mixes we retain states while the archive window runs. Quote requests usually get a reply within 2 business days.
Sample math (simplified)
| Project | Line | Price incl. VAT |
|---|---|---|
| Single | 1× song mix | €180 |
| EP | 5× songs package | €750 |
| Learning | 3× self-mix hour | 3 × €95 |
| Release | Mix + master per song | €180 + €65 |
The table illustrates — your quote lists exact scope. Extras (instrumental, TV mix, additional stems) are quoted in writing. Self-mix session cancellation follows the same 7-day rule as recording bookings.
Timeline to release
A sober path: brief and file check, mix draft, feedback, final export, then mastering. Uploading Friday and releasing Monday invites bottlenecks — especially when several acts share one engineer. Regular hours: Mon–Fri 10–20, Sat 10–16; control-room listening by appointment.
After master you receive streaming and download files — formats are covered in mastering formats and delivery. For spoken multitrack instead of songs, see podcast room basics and podcast production.
